Onboarding to a new team is always an important period, but the stakes are even higher for a Product Manager. Learn why it is crucial to get your Product Management onboarding right & learn the frameworks that will help you do it. Throughout this talk, I will give insights into how I built these frameworks based on my experience onboarding to 5 different product teams throughout my career. He has also worked as a Product Manager at Dell & Intuit, where he notably lead the largest revamp of Mint in 7 years. His Computer Science & Economics degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison have helped him find a solid fit in product management.
