Talks
1) API Releases: Befriending your CI/CD Pipelines
Improvements in the API ecosystem make it easier for us to plan, implement, launch, & maintain APIs. But as teams grow & many more people work on your APIs, the risk of problematic updates rises. By better integrating with existing infrastructure, particularly working smoothly with your CI/CD pipelines, API quality & reliability are far more likely to be maintained. This session highlights how to make API development & maintenance easier by improving the API testing & release process to ensure functionally APIs & well-designed APIs are maintained as they're updated.
2) Break Up the Monolith: How to Test Microservices
Microservices is more than a ripple in the pond: it's an industry-crushing tidal wave. Companies are spending millions to break up monoliths & spin up microservices, but they usually only involve QA at the very end. This talk centers around real-world experiences, posing questions you can ask your developers/product people, & offering solutions for you to help make your service more discoverable, more testable, & easier to release.
