Speaker bio Ryan Tiffany joined SoftLayer/IBM in 2011 as part of the Customer Support team. He went on to become a Support manger before joining the Cloud Design Engineering team in 2016. As a Senior Cloud Design Engineer, Ryan has helped customers design IaaS/PaaS solutions to support critical production workloads. With an eye towards DevOps tooling & the Garage method, he has provided code examples & automation workflows for customers looking to streamline their path to the IBM Cloud.
In his spare time, Ryan works on home automation, attends his daughters numerous volleyball tournaments, & listens to an absurd amount of podcasts.
