<P><STRONG>Pete Blackshaw, Global Head of Digital & Social at Nestl<BR></STRONG>Pete Blackshaw is the Global Head of Digital & Social at Nestl, S.A., based in Switzerland. In addition to helping shape digital strategy for Nescafe, Kit Kat, San Pellegrino, Perrier, Purina, & hundreds of other Nestle brands, Pete oversees Nestles industry-recognized Digital Acceleration Team (DAT) as well as the Silicon Valley Innovation Outpost (SVIO). Prior to Nestle, he served as CMO of NM Incite, a joint venture between Nielsen & McKinsey centering around enterprise social media strategy & insights. He is author of a book by Doubleday entitled Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3000: Running a Business in Todays Consumer-Driven World, & periodically authors columns in Advertising Age centered around the books themes. Pete founded PlanetFeedback.com , one of the webs first consumer-feedback portals, & co-founded the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA). He recently served as Chairman of the Board of the National Council of Better Business Bureaus & in that capacity sat on the National Advertising Review Council. Hes a 2016 Mediapost "Online All Star" recipient, a 2014 inductee of the World of Mouth Marketing Hall of Fame, & a 2010 Grand Prize winner of the Great Minds award from the Advertising Research Foundation. Pete is a graduate of Harvard Business School & the University of California, Santa Cruz.</P>
<P><STRONG>Nicky Jackson, Founder & CEO at RangeMe<BR></STRONG>The concept of RangeMe came to Nicky while developing a range of baby skincare products. Looking for ways to achieve fast distribution, she had the idea to create a single network to match sellers with buyers looking for products like theirs. Before launching RangeMe, Nicky worked as a Marketing Executive at Kelloggs, Uncle Tobys, Goodman Fielder, Pepsico & Jim Beam. RangeMe was acquired by Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing (ECRM) in June 2017.</P>
<P><STRONG>Phillip Raub, Co-Founder & CMO at b8ta<BR></STRONG>Phillip is the co-founder & CMO at b8ta. In his role he oversees b8ta's marketing & consumer experience. Previous to b8ta, Phillip held executive roles in Marketing at Nest (Head of Global Channel Marketing), Nintendo (Director of Retail Marketing) & Gap b8ta has brick & mortar locations in Palo Alto, Seattle, Santa Monica, & Austn, with locations opening in San Francisco & Corte Madera scheduled later this year.<BR><BR><STRONG>Danielle Seaman, Director, Content & Influencer Marketing at Contend</STRONG><BR><SPAN>Danielle has worked in the content & media arena for over 7 years. <P><STRONG>Michael Phillips, Head of Client Products, Retail Accelerator at RocketSpace (Moderator)<BR></STRONG>Michael Phillips leads RocketSpace's proof of concept, prototyping, & pilot development practice. RocketSpace helps corporate brands find & partner with best-in-class startups from around the world in order to explore, validate, & develop new products, services, value chain innovations, & business opportunities. Over his 15-year career Michael has had the privilege to create work for some of the world's most respected brands including Apple, Google, Adobe, Virgin America, TD Ameritrade, Sprint & many others. Michael is an Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS) & a judge for their annual Webby Awards. He has also had the privilege of presenting to students at Miami Ad School, Boulder Digital Works & Colorado University's advertising a2b program on the topics of interactive advertising & creative technology.</P>
