AI is changing how we learn, make decisions, & navigate everyday life. How do we make the most of its possibilities while staying thoughtful about its risks?

Join The AI Collective's Tri-Valley chapter for an evening of conversation about what AI means for us today & the future we're helping shape.

Bringing together perspectives from technology, education, & youth advocacy, we'll explore:

How AI is influencing human decision-making, learning, & creativity

Concerns around misinformation, privacy, overreliance, & critical thinking

How parents & schools can help students develop AI literacy & use these tools responsibly

The opportunities & challenges facing the next generation

Saba Assadi Handjani is the founder of Lumino Learning AI, a company built on a simple belief: AI should help learners stay curious & think for themselves, not do their thinking for them. A Waldorf school alum, Saba brings that tradition's focus on creativity, independent thought & the whole learner into the age of AI. Through Lumino & its AI Education Academy, an after-school program for high school students, she's preparing young people to grow alongside AI, face real challenges, & make good choices in an AI-shaped future.
