The Role:

As a Staff Product Analyst in the Food Systems Alliance, youll play a key role in shaping how we design & personalize our menu to better meet customer needs. Working in the close collaboration with Product & Data Science teams, youll help drive strategy & decision-making around menu planning & personalization uncovering actionable insights that directly impact the customer experience.

We aim to ensure every customer finds meals that suit their tastes & preferences while optimizing internal operations & product scalability. Your work will support this vision by identifying opportunities to personalize the menu experience & maximize customer coverage through rigorous data exploration, experimentation, & metric development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Leads & Owners to comprehend the strategic priorities for your domain, subsequently executing against these with engaging work.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Data & Software Engineers, fostering a culture rooted in evidence-based decision-making.
• Explore & analyze customer behavior & product performance data to come up with compelling insights that influence roadmap decisions & improve how we cover customer needs with our menu
• Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization, highlighting the implications of your analyses to drive business growth.
• Guide & mentor other Product Analysts within our team, defining best practices & providing support to enhance individual & team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics).
• Extensive experience in quantitative analysis, including at least five years working closely with product teams.
• Expert-level SQL & advanced Python skills for analysis & manipulation of large datasets.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing from setup to interpretation & deep dives on impact.
• Experience applying advanced analytical approaches & statistical analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau or similar) with ability to tell clear, impactful stories.
• Outstanding communication skills: able to frame complex business problems analytically & present findings with clarity.
• Demonstrated leadership through project ownership, mentorship, or people management.
• Outcome-oriented, with a track record of generating insights that drive alignment & business value.
