We are seeking a proactive, strategic, & experienced HR Operations Manager to lead & optimize critical HR operational functions across our North American business units. This role encompasses payroll administration, benefits management, labor cost & budget oversight, compliance, vendor & broker relations, & HR system improvements. Reporting to the HR Manager, Talent Operations, you will collaborate closely with the broader HR team-including People Experience, Payroll, & Stock Administration-as well as Finance & external partners to ensure efficient, accurate, & compliant HR service delivery aligned with the company's business goals.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who combines hands-on operational expertise with a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, & leadership skills to drive continuous improvement & provide valuable insights into labor costs & workforce planning.
