As a Senior Director of International Reactivations, youll be leading efforts to make our marketing & digital products better & give customers a reason to come back across our brands. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make an immediate impact & influence how HelloFresh will continue to grow as a business. It has high visibility & will interface with multiple disciplines across the business. 

What youll do 

• Own business results for HelloFreshs customer winback activity 
• Lead the marketing strategy & create the vision for our winback campaigns across our international markets 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & business stakeholders from marketing, CRM, analytics
• Influence the product roadmap of the Reactivation Product team & the AdTech Product team to enable your team to drive impact through high velocity & quality of experiments. Define & continuously refine success measures (KPIs) for the business under your leadership. 
• Coach & lead a team of passionate audience managers & channel managers.. 
• Continuously identify business opportunities through stakeholder engagement & data analysis. 
• Budget & forecast Reactivations in the local teams P&Ls.

What youll bring 

• You have experience in leading growth teams at the cross-section of marketing & tech You thrive when theres an opportunity to dive deep into data & use the insights to create strategies & experiments to achieve acquisition & retention goals.
  You have led marketing managers, fostering their professional development & career growth. Having experience leading product teams is a plus.
• You are willing to work with your team pushing for better results & helping them achieve ambitious goals 
• You have an experimentation & learning-fast mindset
• Outstanding written & oral communication that can break down complex concepts & adapt communication to different audiences 

At a minimum, you have 

• 8+ years of experience leading growth teams
