HelloFresh Group is seeking a Freelance Copywriter & Translator to support the growth of Factor, our healthy, ready-to-eat meal subscription brand in the Dutch & Belgian markets. Based in Amsterdam, youll work closely with our Growth & Brand teams to create localized, compelling, & conversion-driven copy across a wide range of online & offline marketing channels.

This is a freelance engagement that allows for flexible working hours & independent task management. 

What Youll Do

• Write & adapt performance-focused, localized copy for the Dutch & Flemish markets across:
• CRM: emails, push notifications
• Paid media: social, YouTube, display, Partnerships, Influencer campaigns & Direct Mail
• Website, app, & e-commerce UX
• Product packaging, labels, & meal descriptions
• Translate & localize international campaigns with cultural sensitivity
• Ensure all content complies with legal guidelines & brand regulations by reviewing & checking for accuracy
• Ensure consistent brand tone of voice across all assets
• Use performance data & A/B test results to improve messaging
• Independently manage project timelines & deliverables in collaboration with our internal teams

What Youll Bring

• Native Dutch speaker with excellent writing skills in English
• Proven freelance experience writing & translating across multiple platforms & formats
• Ability to create clear, engaging, & customer-centric copy
• Organized, proactive, & confident working independently
• Experience in food, e-commerce, or digital consumer brands is a plus
• Familiarity with Flemish & the cultural nuances between Dutch & Belgian audiences is plus
• Bonus: Experience with performance marketing, UX copy, & branding
