Palantir's Proposal Team, known internally as the Smiths, seeks a versatile writer & project manager to write winning proposals & secure new commercial contracts.

Smiths work closely with Palantir's business development, engineering, & legal teams to articulate Palantir's value proposition to current & potential customers. We craft compelling documents & web communications that explain how our software addresses critical needs faced by commercial enterprises. On any given day, we're managing several concurrent RFP processes for new customer contracts, triaging new incoming business opportunities, or helping to build a software demo for a potential customer. Smiths also lead a range of business development (BD), capture management, & proposal management efforts. This includes evaluating new opportunities, partnering with others in the BD organization to determine effective pursuit strategies, & overseeing complex, multi-vendor RFP processes.
