Teads is seeking motivated sellers to join our growing sales team. As an Account Representative for Teads, your primary focus will be to generate revenue from agency accounts & brands throughout the West Coast. This new team member will contribute in a positive way to our overall culture. Must be a self-starter & have a competitive spirit.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Working closely with the Teads sales team on opportunities within our existing client base, & hunting for new business within the region
- Assisting in setting meetings for Sales with new business - calling on agencies & brands
- Driving revenue growth at mid market agencies working with other AE's in the region
- Working with sales team to set clear, honest, & realistic expectations with clients on the expected outcomes for each new campaign
- Assisting sales team in collaborating with the Account Management & Ad Ops teams to manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management & create up-sell opportunities
- Sharing field intelligence & previous experience to regional team to improve & grow revenue
- Assisting sales team in presenting QBRs / Analyzing campaign performances, issues & optimization opportunities
Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of direct cold calling or other entry level sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power-point)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, & professionalism
- Self-starter with solid organizational & planning skills
- Discipline to maintain weekly client contact & meeting scheduling quota
- Competitive & focused on achieving goals
- Strong new business & new product sales skills

- Outstanding communication & presentation skills
The base salary range is $70K-$80K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role. This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly bonus and/or commission payments based, in part, individual & company performance relative to pre-established targets. Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, & skills.
