We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager who is passionate about elevating the Talent Acquisition Team.
The Recruiting Operations function is critical to the development & evolution of DigitalOceans Talent Acquisition (TA) & People team. DOs People function encompasses recruiting, organizational & talent development, talent programs, coordination, & internal comms. Ops is at the center of everything we do as a team, building the infrastructure, the tools & the processes that will help us scale & operate effectively.
We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to help build out our recruiting tech stack & processes in the fast-paced era of AI. This person will lead key tools, data, reporting, & process initiatives for the TA function. This person will lead a small team of recruiting ops coordinators, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
This role will help provide a best-in-class recruiting experience for candidates through support & enablement of our tech stack that includes Workday HRIS, Greenhouse ATS, & more that this person will lead building out. The role requires deep program management experience, discipline & attention to detail, as well as the ability to scope, lead & deliver a wide range of complex projects, develop business cases, project charters, & provide executive updates & communications.
What Youll Do:
- Lead in creating & building a world-class recruiting tech stack & process optimization leveraging available & new tools as appropriate to create reports, dashboards, & data connections to analyze recruitment metrics & provide insights to improve effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process.
- Use data to analyze & optimize our talent acquisition processes; help identify new tools & technology that fill tech stack gaps, as well as integrations between current tools, improving TA teams operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence in our data gathering & reporting, & efficiency in our talent processes (ie offer letters, GDPR requirements, etc) by leveraging tools, systems, reports & data insights.
- Partner with recruiters & People team members on Greenhouse ATS best practices, new features & process updates.
- Manage, streamline & optimize the queue of incoming ops-related requests.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional business groups, TA leadership, & external vendors to ensure efficient enablement & optimal use of tools, data, & processes, while anticipating future trends, needs, & functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity & accuracy within TA systems, & develop reports that inform & support continuous improvement.
What Youll Add to DigitalOcean:
- 8+ years of experience in a recruiting & 4+ years of those within recruiting ops
- 3+ years of experience working with Greenhouse ATS
- Proven experience in change management, including driving new processes & managing the full lifecycle of tools across the organization from analysis & selection to implementation, enablement, & transition. Experience building out a new recruiting analytics function, dashboard & reporting is preferred.
- Proficiency in recruiting technologies & analytics tools & the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic insights.
- Experience with Workday HRIS (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $133,440.00- $166,800 based on market data, relevant years of experience, & skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company & individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire & the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
