Role Description

As the Technical Account Manager of Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in fostering & managing strategic alliances with key partners. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our company & partner organizations, ensuring seamless integration, implementation, & ongoing support of our solutions within their ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & nurture strong relationships with strategic alliance partners, including technology partners, system integrators, & resellers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, & engineering teams, to align partner initiatives with company objectives & roadmap.
  • Serve as the technical expert on our products & solutions, providing guidance & support to partners throughout the pre-sales, implementation, & post-sales phases.
  • Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, & training sessions for partners to deepen their understanding of our offerings & enable them to effectively promote & sell our solutions.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including co-selling & co-marketing activities, to accelerate revenue growth & market penetration.
  • Act as the escalation point for partner-related technical issues, working closely with our support & engineering teams to resolve issues promptly & ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Monitor partner performance & satisfaction, regularly gathering feedback & insights to identify areas for improvement & optimize partnership strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, & market developments to inform partnership strategies & maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical account management, solutions architect or other related role
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS architecture, & API integration principles
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical & non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strategic relationships with external partners & internal stakeholders
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business outcomes through collaboration & partnership
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

The estimated salary range for this position is $X - X. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
