The PITCH.

VaynerMedia EMEA is searching for a motivated, & highly organised person to join Client Partnerships as a Senior Account Manager.

Were looking for a driven & social-media savvy Senior Account Manager to help drive this work, by providing insights-driven strategies, strengthening client & agency relationships & collaborating with cross-departmental teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns & social media expertise for our client

For the right candidate, this account will offer high levels of responsibility, autonomy & growth.

Heres where you come in

  • Strong client handling skills able to quickly establish trusted relationships, manage multiple stakeholders & push back where needed. Can confidently own the day to day relationship with clients with minimal oversight.
  • Being a key, proactive driver on the account make stuff happen!
  • Leading your day-to-day team  to deliver fully integrated strategic, creative & production solutions for your market, whilst collaborating closely with the wider team as part of a bigger global campaign.
  • Deliver both planned & reactive social media across social media channels.
  • Manage strategists, creatives  & mid-level clients in the delivery of a fully integrated campaign.
  • Work with a highly collaborative cross-agency team to deliver partnership & integrated ideas.
  • Being the primary point of contact for the client & taking a critical role in actioning client & team requests that lead & shape social media creative work based on the clients business objectives.
  • Working with the Project Manager to manage the day-to-day workflow of the account.
  • Proactively identifying social media opportunities for the client & helping guide the resulting creative briefs & social media work.
  • Collaborating with other departments (Creative, Production, Analytics/Insights, Community Management) as one close, collaborative team that works together across deliverables, process, & output.
  • Partnering with the Senior Account Director / Business Director to drive the overall commercial & relationship health of the account.

  • Enjoys working in an iterative, non-hierarchical way.
  • Not afraid to have a point of view, & to voice it. Able to keep the creative work on strategy & hold their own in client conversations about the strategy & the creative.
  • Rigorous to a tee & not ashamed of their healthy level of perfectionism.
  • Prior experience leading TTL campaigns necessary, particularly with creative development, integrated production & delivery.
  • Understands common marketing & media principles with a strong understanding of creative & media across major digital & social channels.
  • Confident partnering with strategists to understand cultural insights & help translate this for clients in a way they understand & buy into.
  • Loves Social Media they are active users, understand how it works & know the key platforms, trends & formats.
  • Loves the thought of a truly integrated approach where social is central to a wider truly integrated campaign, rather than matching luggage
  • Is not limited by their job description & isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in & do what needs to be done to deliver excellence.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
