The Role
As a Support Specialist, you will be joining an outstanding Technical Support team. You will provide front line support that focuses on in-office, email & chat support worldwide. Effective troubleshooting & the ability to find solutions quickly will be foundational to your role. Your ability to own problems from end to end & work to root-cause will be key to your success. You're someone whose curiosity drives them to learn new technologies quickly & supports their peers through complex issues.
