As the Junior IT Portfolio Manager, you will take on a key responsibility on data accuracy, reporting, & process reliability, helping us manage software tools more efficiently. You'll work with advanced Google Sheets to track active vs. inactive users, validate data, & support SaaS lifecycle management., contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success & enhance customer satisfaction.
