Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to think big as well as execute at a tactical level, & will work across teams to shape evolved, accessible People strategies & policies with business priorities & optimal team member experience as guiding pillars. Ideal candidates will be incredible collaborators, passionate about evangelizing policies to stakeholder audiences, & eager to gather & incorporate stakeholder & team member feedback to foster continuous improvement & evolution of Pelotons labor relations & policy strategy.


  • Policy Program Management: In partnership with key stakeholders & collaborators perform an in-depth policy review to assess the current state of People policy at Peloton. Work backwards from our business needs to create structure & process for the governance, creation, & maintenance of Pelotons global People policies.  Draft & finalize accessible, data-driven policies as scoped & prioritized across Peloton.
  • Positive Team Member Relations Programs: Develop company-wide strategy for positive team member relations, in partnership with key stakeholders & collaborators. Utilize policy & labor relations expertise to identify issues,  mitigate risk, & manage program deliverables across your stakeholder base.
  • Crisis Management:  Swiftly respond to & address critical employee relations issues in partnership with Team Member Relations, Legal, & People Business Partner teams that are crisis-oriented & typically can only be successfully completed with limited time.  Balancing time between projects & crisis-response is a critical component of the role.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build collaborative, influential internal & external relationships with Team Member Relations, People Business Partners, Legal, Internal Communications, Business Leaders, as well as other critical stakeholders to gather information, feedback, support & necessary resources to develop & execute positive team member relations strategies & programs. Lead & drive teams through influence & partnership to deliver results & execute project deliverables including the drafting, modification & implementation of company-wide policies. 
  • Data Analysis & Impact Measurement: Demonstrated ability to utilize data for decision-making that informs proactive strategies & actions. Ability to anticipate areas of opportunities by leveraging data. Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with data, communicating findings & developing success measurements of programs & projects.
  • Program & People Management: Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, empower, & motivate a team to drive key projects & programs to completion. Will manage a direct report as the scope of this role evolves.
  • Travel: This is a position that may require travel domestically.


  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent collaboration & leadership skills
  • Exceptional project & program management & communication skills; ability to influence & direct key stakeholders & partners in the business
  • Experience in both union & non-union environments.
  • Foundational understanding of labor & employment laws.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong sense of drive & urgency with a high degree of ownership & a passion for getting things done & making an impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to exercise judgment & solve problems based on the analysis of multiple sources of data (quantitative & qualitative)
  • Demonstrated project management experience & skills including planning work, managing details, & keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
  • Ability to be adaptable & flexible as business needs change
