About Job
Teads is seeking a dynamic & results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing Agency division. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of media agencies, driving the adoption of our full-funnel advertising solutions with some of the biggest brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & maintain strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted partner.
- Maintain a regular presence with clients through meetings, presentations, & events.
- Identify & develop new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic consultancy & deliver high-quality client service.
- Recommend tailored media solutions that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform, etc.) to deliver optimal results.
- Negotiate & establish long-term joint business partnerships.
- Meet & exceed sales targets.
Your Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in digital media or advertising.
- Strong knowledge of the media & advertising ecosystem, with a passion for industry trends & innovation.
- Experience in online video solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, & solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, & provide exceptional customer service.
- Ambitious & driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
