THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA
THE ROLE
You will lead Search growth marketing in at MPOWER focused on international paid & organic search. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience & proven success leveraging multicultural marketing & localization tactics to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Designing & executing initiatives to drive paid & organic traffic to MPOWERs website & drive leads throughout the funnel
- Collecting data and analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns &and adjusting plans accordingly to maximize value from advertising & other digital marketing efforts
- Conducting A/B tests, pilots, & other marketing experiments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including incorporating SEO best practices
- Analyzing data & providing company-wide reporting using Google Analytics, WordPress, BrightEdge, & similar platforms
- Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms, including our website/blog, social media pages, YouTube, for example, by owning the end-to-end process
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in English, marketing, communications or a related field
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with an international focus
- Proven ability to design & execute growth marketing campaigns to drive traffic & engagement from online platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC/CPC, SEM rush, & other digital marketing tools & best practices for websites, blogs, social media, & paid media
- Strong analytical skills & experience with reporting & data analysis
A passion for financial inclusion & access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones & sites!
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles & responsibilities, variable workload & tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, & 80-20 everything.
