What You'll Do

• Produce various 3D content for Mapbox maps & navigation (architectural & environmental objects, different  assets etc.);
• Be responsible for full cycle of 3D objects creation & their high quality in production : from stylization, through mid-poly modeling, texturing, shading & QA till production release;
• Work with cartographic data within 3D content creation pipeline;
• Contribute into improvement of team processes, pipeline, techniques & documentation;
• Interact with technical artists, designers & other team members;
• Participate in R&D initiatives & experiments.

What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role

• Strong skills in 3D modeling (working with stylization of architecture is a favor);
• Knowledge of Blender;
• +6 month of experience in production;
• English B1 (A2 is a critical minimum);
• Strong communication skills & ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams;
• Readiness to execute repetitive daily routine & operations on 3D content production;
• Desire to learn & develop, willingness to learn from different perspectives
• Empathy & desire to help your peers grow.
