As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will contribute to & execute on a variety of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, product launches, collateral, & branding. A key aspect of this role is the ability to think outside the box & create new & interesting ways to reach potential clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about his/her work, & a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & create cross-functional programs around compelling content strategy
  • Includes, but is not limited to case studies, whitepapers, infographics, blog posts, & webinars
  • Establish content strategy & maintain content calendar
  • Collaborate with market managers to ensure content promotion is thorough & aligns with demand gen goals
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure content is understood & leveraged throughout the funnel
  • Develop & scale Account-Based Marketing strategy including, partnering with Sales to identify top accounts & execute on campaigns that focus on highest-value accounts (both customer & prospect driven)
  • Manage ABC budget & campaigns across channels such as ppc, email, & events
  • Contribution to the overall marketing strategy & company messaging
  • Execution of a variety of marketing programs with direction from the VP of Demand Generation; analysis of program results
  • Collect & share competitive intelligence

Must Have:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Very strong PowerPoint skills
  • An eye for design & attention to detail
  • Some knowledge of the following programs (or similar): Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.), Salesforce, Pardot
  • Ability to develop, write, & execute account-based marketing programs
  • Ability to develop, write, & execute upon content promotion programs
  • Understanding of & experience working in the healthcare space highly desirable
  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
