About The Team:

As Senior Manager of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing you will be the final owner of the HelloFresh & Green Chef partnership strategy & performance in the UK, for several brands & partners.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded & numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder & can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow & innovate. Your ability to open doors & achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh & Green Chef market penetration by finding & sustaining great partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Growth Partnerships, you will join a UK based global growth marketing team that is talented & driven.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Translate wide business strategy into a holistic local partnership strategy focusing on partnerships & affiliate marketing, collaborating closely with relevant cross functional senior stakeholder
• Own the delivery of  affiliate & partnership growth strategy for UK brands & partner types
• Manage the team of 4 strong BD & AM partnership experts, help your team grow towards one of the top teams in Europe 
• Have ownership of your partnership pipeline execution & building a plan towards hitting conversion & revenue targets
• Oversee business proposals & sales tactics used to acquire new partners
• Build forecasts & track named strategic partners KPIs
• Oversee & lead strategic conversations & relationships with local vendors & key partners in the portfolio
• Manage budgets on monthly basis against defined growth & ROI targets
• Harness your data-driven mindset as well as industry expertise for the identification of new growth levers & channel development tactics 
• Work on numerous strategic initiatives in the partnership field together with our analytics, tech & design teams located centrally 
• Develop & managed scale high volume key partners pipelines to recruit onto our established partnerships program as well as represent HelloFresh in key strategic partnerships mi
• Auditing & improving team performance, reporting to senior internal stakeholders

Who You Are:

• Partnership/Affiliate BD expert with 5+ years experience in the affiliate/online partnerships industry
• An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in people management 
• Equipped with a profound knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies & platforms
• A very strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
• A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders 
• A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team & stakeholder group
• Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus

Experience in technical fields such as management of affiliate platforms such as Impact, analytical tools (Tableau) or campaign management automation is a plus.

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times (role
dependent)
