We are looking for a Senior International Marketing Manager to guide the strategic direction & operational execution of our expansion in the UK.  Youll work closely with local agencies & cross-functionally with the NYC-based marketing team to plan & execute localized go-to-market plans that include events & partnerships, PR, CRM, paid media, & community building efforts.  Combining a breadth of marketing expertise & proven success in market expansion, you will be a key contributor to the Global Team & teams across the organization shaping the future of Squarespace.

You will work hybrid from our coworking space in London & will report to the Director, International Marketing & GTM. 

Youll Get To 

• Create & manage holistic marketing plans
• Build Squarespaces cultural relevance through the planning & execution of strategic events & partnerships, & community initiatives
• Correspond with active partners, customers & vendors to secure their collaboration in marketing initiatives
• Monitor & track the progress of projects from start to finish & compile on-going reporting
• Manage local agencies (briefing, providing strategic direction, executional oversight)
• Partner with Media, Communications, CRM, & Brand Strategy teams to optimize across channels
• Utilize consumer insights to get a deeper understanding of our consumer & develop insight-driven marketing
• Create & maintain internal presentations & documents for active marketing programs
• Maintain current knowledge of local cultural trends & media consumption patterns 
• Drive growth & impact across all major international KPIs: customers, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, & retention

Who Were Looking For 

• 7-10+ years of broad-based marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech or a closely related industry
• Proven success launching products in new markets without an existing presence
• Experience managing agency partners 
• Deep knowledge across digital & traditional marketing channels
• Understanding of localization & how cultural perspectives influence go-to-market plans
• Comfort navigating through ambiguity in a dynamic environment
• Language ability in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
