Reporting to the Associate Director of B2B Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, B2B, will plan & execute product marketing activities for several of our industry-leading hospitality solutions. They  will gather customer insights to influence & inform product messaging, positioning, & product roadmaps. In collaboration with cross-functional partners & key stakeholders, they  will develop go-to-market plans for new features & functionality & create new strategies for educating our customers on the value of each offering. In this role, you will be part of, & help shape, a small but growing Product Marketing function at Tripadvisor, within the B2B group. You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of disciplinary professionals across Product, Brand, Creative, Growth, Research, & Analytics.

What Youll Do

  • Become the subject matter expert (SME) on hospitality (hotels & restaurants), staying ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings (product, pricing & positioning) as well as buyer & customer insights. Establish a process for the ongoing collection & distribution of key findings to functional stakeholders. 

  • Increase product adoption & retention by becoming the voice of our customer, understanding their needs, goals, & pain-points & advocating for them within product & marketing strategy

  • Develop messaging, positioning, & narratives for new & existing hotel & restaurant offerings, articulating the benefits & use cases of each solution in a cohesive & compelling way.

  • Develop customer journeys & partner with key stakeholders to identify & craft the appropriate content, messaging, & touch points to move customers through the journey. 

  • Partner with the channel leads to develop & execute go-to-market & growth campaigns & testing roadmaps, understanding the right mix of paid vs. non-paid to optimize the product lifecycle. 

  • Identify key metrics, set goals, & analyze the results of marketing campaigns & product launches

  • Project manage new product & campaign initiatives & drive projects to completion on time

  • Partner with product & marketing teams to bring new products to life via sales-assisted & self-serve purchasing paths 

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field

  • 5+ years work experience in a B2B Marketing role, preferably within SaaS & a multi-product portfolio

  • Comfortable operating at highly strategic & tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly

  • An understanding of the product development lifecycle & how to operate within product-led teams; comfortability & familiarity working with product & technology partners

  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; adapts easily & quickly to change

  • A strong cross-team collaborator & relationship-builder 

  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills required

  • Strong sense of ownership & an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Passion for the hospitality industry & independent business partners

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employees pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, & business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future
