What you will do:
As part of Klarna's Merchant Foundation Operations (MFO) team you will be providing high-quality professional service to our merchants by assisting them to solve pre & post purchase related problems or support with various requests regarding Klarna's products & services.
Acting as a point of contact to our merchants, you will communicate in an open, helpful & engaging tone & focus on finding the right solution for each case. You will constantly interact with other departments within the company as well as third parties.
As a Merchant Support agent you'll assist our merchants in numerous areas by solving order management problems, customer issues, systematic questions, & technical problems, while helping to build & maintain merchant relationships.
The role consists of you acting as a subject matter & troubleshooting expert. You will interact with various Klarna departments; therefore, communication & problem solving skills are a must! You will be responsible for assisting merchants through new features & improvements. You will communicate by phone, chat and/or email channels.
