About the Role
iCapital is looking for a Techno-Functional Program Manager Contractor to join the Corporate Finance team. This role will directly support the companys financial transformation initiatives by adapting technology to match business processes through system administration & change management. The individual will work closely with the Fund Finance team to support end users, maintain existing business software while also acting as a key contributor on various technical enhancement projects. The primary focus will be on Coupa, NetSuite, & related applications.
The ideal candidate will be an expert Program Manager, capable of organizing & structuring a large portfolio of concurrent projects. This individual will lead & execute the implementation of project best practices while balancing SDLC considerations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for efficient systems & thoughtful design. This individual should be comfortable conducting information gathering across all areas of the organization & should have the ability to synthesize that information into clear business process documentation. The candidate will possess strong expertise in both Coupa & NetSuite, be well versed in the entire P2P lifecycle, & possess basic understanding of financial accounting, & a company understanding of data fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Lead & manage large-scale implementation, & enhancement projects like objectives, timelines, resources, risks, statuses, action items, key decisions, business readiness, etc.
- Design, build, & manage integrations between Coupa & NetSuite.
- Serve as a PMP on multiple initiatives across various teams, implementation projects, integrations, system enhancements, data stewardship, etc.
- Set meeting agendas, track meeting minutes & action items.
- Act as a liaison between finance, technology, data, & other cross-functional teams.
- Lead project management with third parties & consulting teams.
- Coordinate scheduling & communications for system upgrades & deployments.
- Identify process efficiencies & make recommendations on process improvements.
- Manage business requirements documents along with policies, procedures, processes, & communications.
- Administrate of Coupa, NetSuite, & other financial applications.
Qualifications
- PMP is preferred
- 10+ years experience of full cycle software implementation projects
- 6+ years of experience in a related field
- Worked as the Project Manager on at least 5 full implementations
- Experience with JavaScript/SuiteScript
- Experience working with both NetSuite & Coupa software is preferred
- Consistently strong communicator across audiences of various sizes & levels of the organization
- Comfortable with constructive conflict & outcome-focused debate
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot & resolve ad hoc requests
- Experience supporting integrations is a plus
- accounting/finance related experience preferred
- Understanding of accounting & security controls
- Experience with M&A activities (process adaptation, data migration, etc.) is preferred
Benefits
The pay range for this role is $80 to $120 per hour.
