Were looking for a commercially sharp & people-first Advertising Account Team Lead to join our Growth Advertisers team in London, overseeing the Spanish & Italian markets. This hybrid player-coach role combines leadership with hands-on commercial ownership. Youll manage a team of 3 Account Managers, collectively responsible for over 100 accounts & a $30M+ annual quota. Its a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on coaching others, scaling advertiser success, & building strong internal & external relationships.

To thrive in this role, youll need:

• 
  

  Native-level or professional fluency in Spanish, with strong English (Italian a plus)



• 
  

  At least 1 year of formal people management (hiring, salary planning, performance reviews)



• 
  

  4+ years in client-facing roles with strong commercial results



• 
  

  Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Looker or Qlikview



• 
  

  A proven ability to influence & collaborate cross-functionally

Bonus points if you have:

• 
  

  Hands-on experience managing $100K+ digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Snap, Taboola, Outbrain)



• 
  

  Used measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer or Tealium

  Acting as the escalation point for cross-functional issue resolution



• 
  

  Leading fortnightly reviews across the Spanish & Italian books of business



• 
  

  Spearheading productivity & operational initiatives with internal teams like Sales Ops, BI & Marketing
