What can you expect in this role:

Teads is expanding & hiring for a Senior Sales Manager to be based in Seoul, South Korea to execute strategic revenue growth in an exciting territory. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, youll be responsible for growing new business across media agencies. Naturally, you will have experience bringing in new business & have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising. 

The ideal candidate has extensive industry experience knowledge & market, enjoys working independently & takes ownership on managing annual revenue targets. 

  • Identify, pitch, & close sales deals with media agencies & brands
  • Attend weekly meetings/presentations with media agencies
  • Advise & create brand loyalty
  • Manage existing client relations & seek account growth opportunities
  • Prepare pitch materials & RFPs
  • Negotiate Sales contracts
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience & Studio teams to develop campaign strategies 
  • Manage & maintain a healthy individual sales pipeline & achieve sales target

About You

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience or extensive experience in online advertising
  • Bachelors Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • A fantastic track record of prospecting & delivering success of winning large accounts
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape & programmatic
  • Strong networking ability & proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Good technical knowledge & understanding of ad-serving & tracking technologies
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, & communicate across teams
  • Ability to learn quickly & a self-starter.
  • Team player
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Korean with business-level English is a must
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solution driven mentality
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
