Implement, maintain, continuously improve & verify compliance to Youfoodz Food Safety and Quality Management systems

You will

• Facilitate food safety & quality system creation, validation & implementation in line with legislative, customer, Food safety & quality standards & internal requirements.
• Oversee HACCP program management
• Manage all verification activities as per verification schedule, including those carried out by
• QC & QA staff, including product & process verification activities for Youfoodz meals & products.
• Manage & drive continuous improvement across all sites & initiate corrective action where necessary to ensure the safety & consistent quality of products. Follow up major or critical customer complaints. Initiate formal corrective action where required.
• Assist with facilitating Food safety & Quality Training
• Complete Weekly Food Safety & QA reporting & other reports as required
• Facilitate & Coordinate 2nd & 3rd Party Audits
• Participate & manage projects in accordance with Youfoodz meal & QA department strategic direction
• Keep up to date with regulatory & industry standards around food safety & quality management.
• Any other task as requested by management

You have

• Food Science/Technology Degree
• Minimum 5 years of Food Industry Experience in a Food Technical role
• Practical competency with Microsoft office applications
• Cook Chill training
• HACCP training
• Leadership training & experience managing a team
• Experience with managing Food Safety Management Systems
