The role
We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Manager with an expanded remit beyond classic influencer management. This role is central to scaling our local influencer channel while unlocking broader brand & marketing opportunities. You'll play a strategic role in shaping brand perception & driving growth through PR, brand partnerships, & content development, working closely with local agencies, marketing, & product teams.

What youll do
- Own & lead the Italian influencer marketing program, including scouting, recruiting, briefing, contracting, & managing relationships with creators across platforms & agencies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Liaise with external agencies & internal stakeholders to ensure influencer assets integrate seamlessly into multichannel campaigns
- Develop always-on & campaign-based influencer activations that drive acquisition, engagement, & brand love
- Steer channel growth while optimizing for ROI, defining the right mix of performance KPIs (e.g. CPA, reach, engagement) & implementing structured frameworks to evaluate & scale impact
- Stay on top of social trends & platform innovations to ensure HelloFresh campaigns remain fresh, relevant, & effective
- Oversee & guide a local freelance copywriter (up to 8 hours/week) to produce performance-driven paid & influencer briefs & messaging
- Curate, organize, & repurpose high-performing influencer content for use across paid media, CRM, organic social, & website
- Align closely with Growth, Brand, & Product teams to ensure influencer marketing supports acquisition & brand KPIs
- Act as the main point of contact for local influencer-led brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy & adapting global priorities to fit the Italian market context
- Manage brand partnership opportunities that complement influencer activity collaborating with aligned brands on co-marketing initiatives, product placements, or themed content that amplifies reach & relevance
What youll bring
- 36 years experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of scaling performance-driven influencer programs in D2C space
- Strong project management & creative brief development skills (in italian)
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills, with a talent for building & maintaining relationships
- A mix of creativity & commercial acumen
- Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about the food industry & passionate about innovation & sustainability
- Fluent in English & Italian
