The role

As Senior Growth Partnerships Platform Operations Manager you will be part of a high performing team with the goal of shaping & optimizing our partnerships for sustained scalability & profitability. This multifaceted role will involve cross- channel project management, intake & tracking, leading end-to-end launches for global partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery & implement strategies for testing & optimizing partnership channels

What youll do

  • Partner with Central Partnership Team & Central Influencer Team to recommend ways to optimize & streamline our partnership processes, ranging from tool investment to optimizations of existing infrastructures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties in the context of platform usage optimization & roll out new features like Impact, Upfluence, HubSpot, Awin
  • Support together with Project Lead technical & operational launches from end to end with strategic global partners that required technical integrations (i.e Amazon)
  • Independently oversee & coordinate the roadmap of small to -mid -size GP Operations projects from concept to completion with X-channel,  Brand & HelloTech, Marketing Analytics collecting campaign requirements, roadmap objectives & milestones, & reporting results.
  • Assessing the financial impact of the planned initiatives by building business forecasts & plans. 
  • Research, scope & launch to support the Affiliate, Influencer & Partnership teams onboarding funnel 
  • Help manage all steps of our Growth Partnership Annual planning process that includes project intake, approval, tracking & review.
  • Keep stakeholder communication strong with project updates & task prioritization.
  • Running deep dive analysis for Central Growth Partnerships channels (Affiliate, Partnerships, Influencers) that will support the standing hypothesis & develop effective solutions for the channels. 
  • Help navigate adjustments to existing schedules & commitments due to quick responses requests that need immediate attention.

What youll bring

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred experience in fast growth company or management consulting. 2+ years experience managing partnerships channel (Affiliates, Influencers, Brand Partnerships )
  • Excellent command of English language - both written & verbal
  • Practical experience in working with agile methodologies & as part of sprint-based high velocity teams
  • Data - driven mindset, ability to easily create deep dive marketing analysis 
  • You are comfortable in navigating ambiguity, resolving prioritization conflicts, resourcing shortfalls, & timing issues
