Were looking for a strategic & dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across APAC, Greater China, & our Global Professional Services teams. This is an opportunity to build, innovate, & truly own recruitment across some of our most dynamic markets.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Lead, mentor, & develop a team of three regionally distributed Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring they achieve excellence in sourcing, hiring, & stakeholder management. Actively coach them in refining their skills, problem-solving, & delivering results.
  • Own & drive all hiring activities for the Global Professional Services business, ensuring the team meets hiring goals with high-quality talent.
  • Proactively assess & improve hiring quality, using data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies, selection processes, & long-term talent outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, working closely with their teams to address talent gaps & ensure recruitment aligns with business priorities.
  • Lead workforce planning in partnership with FP&A, ensuring hiring plans & budget allocation are efficient & aligned with organizational growth.
  • Design & execute the TA strategy for APAC & Greater China, taking ownership of its implementation & continuously optimizing it based on market conditions & hiring outcomes.
  • Streamline & scale hiring processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, & a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, & recruiters.
  • Personally engage with senior hires when needed, taking a hands-on approach to sourcing, assessing, & closing top leadership talent.
  • Enhance internal mobility & succession planning, building proactive pipelines to ensure key roles are filled with the right talent at the right time.
  • Strengthen Taboolas employer brand in APAC & Greater China by developing partnerships with key agencies, organizations, & industry groups, particularly in tech & diversity.
  • Equip hiring managers & interviewers with the skills & knowledge needed to assess talent effectively, through structured training & coaching.
  • Drive a data-centric approach to recruitment, regularly analyzing hiring KPIs & market trends to identify opportunities for improvement & ensure accountability.
  • Stay connected to industry trends, competitor strategies, & talent market shifts, leveraging insights to refine hiring practices & future-proof the function

To thrive in this role you'll need:

  • You come with 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth tech companies.
  • Youre an experienced people manager with at least 3 years of leading Talent Acquisition teams.
  • You understand the APAC & Greater China talent landscape & know how to navigate it.
  • Youre comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy exploring the unknown, & know how to bring people together to make things happen.
  • You think in datayou track key hiring metrics, spot trends, & use insights to improve the way we hire.
  • Youre an expert at building relationshipswhether its with hiring managers, candidates, or external partners, you know how to connect & influence.
  • You know how to find great talent beyond just LinkedInwhether its sourcing creatively, leveraging networks, or using the latest tools.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment & enjoy finding solutions to new challenges.
  • You care deeply about diversity & inclusion & know how to build diverse teams.
  • Youre fluent in English (written & verbal); additional languages from APAC are a plus!
