We are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team & play a pivotal role in optimizing our Marketing & Sales operations. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to analyze their data & processes. This role will focus on CRM data flows/data quality, identify areas for improvement, gather requirements from various sources, & ultimately turn those requirements into technical specifications. Where needed, we are looking for someone who can create new workflows & build documentation around applications that integrate with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, as well as experience in business analysis, project management, & change management.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, write BRDs & develop Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks, document inefficiencies & requirements, & discover opportunities for optimization.
- Create & document processes, workflows & data diagrams for Salesforce & integrated systems.
- Design, map, & implement Salesforce solutions that are efficient, effective, & user-friendly.
- Lead or participate in projects related to the implementation of new CRM features or enhancements.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators to architect & configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Manage epics, features, & user stories within Jira, employing Agile methodologies for seamless project execution.
- Perform Unit Tests & conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the business requirements.
- Lead Salesforce projects, ensuring regular & timely updates, on-time & on-budget delivery, & user training on new Salesforce solutions.
- Partner across teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems (such as marketing, customer service, & billing), optimizing those data flow across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce trends & technologies.
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis & developing documentation around business requirements.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- Strong project & change management skills, alongside an ability to handle competing tasks & shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business workflows & system data flows.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Targeted Base Salary Range: $95,400 to $146,500
The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
