What Youll Do:
- Deliver high-quality food & beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction & maintaining a professional, polite, & client-focused demeanor.
- Provide efficient waiting service during meal times.
- Serve food & beverages in meeting rooms & the restaurant, ensuring areas are cleaned & replenished as needed.
- Adhere to daily plans & rotas.
- Maintain cleanliness & tidiness in all catering areas, completing relevant cleaning schedules.
- Assist with dishwashing & ensure catering equipment is clean & well-maintained, in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
- Comply with company training programs & related documents.
- Support any reasonable requests relevant to the department's operations.
- Monitor & maintain stock levels under the supervision of the F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, or a senior manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of all food & beverages.
- Maintain a positive & helpful attitude throughout working hours.
Health & Safety:
- Perform duties in line with all Health & Safety regulations & company best practices.
- Adhere to company & statutory regulations regarding grooming & personal hygiene.
- Wear the correct uniform or standard of dress at all times.
General:
- Attend staff briefings & company events, including the company away day.
- Be available for weekend work as required.
- Undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the venue team.
