Conference & Events Assistant, Client Support Team |  London, UK

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality food & beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction & maintaining a professional, polite, & client-focused demeanor.
  • Provide efficient waiting service during meal times.
  • Serve food & beverages in meeting rooms & the restaurant, ensuring areas are cleaned & replenished as needed.
  • Adhere to daily plans & rotas.
  • Maintain cleanliness & tidiness in all catering areas, completing relevant cleaning schedules.
  • Assist with dishwashing & ensure catering equipment is clean & well-maintained, in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Comply with company training programs & related documents.
  • Support any reasonable requests relevant to the department's operations.
  • Monitor & maintain stock levels under the supervision of the F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, or a senior manager.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all food & beverages.
  • Maintain a positive & helpful attitude throughout working hours.

Health & Safety:

  • Perform duties in line with all Health & Safety regulations & company best practices.
  • Adhere to company & statutory regulations regarding grooming & personal hygiene.
  • Wear the correct uniform or standard of dress at all times.

General:

  • Attend staff briefings & company events, including the company away day.
  • Be available for weekend work as required.
  • Undertake any reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the venue team.
