Headquartered in New York, were also in 7 cities across the globe & now, were proudly in the +100, servicing a diverse clientele all around the APAC region.

We are ready for a Business Director with an exemplary track record of experience in the Thailand market. We believe everyone's got brilliant ideas but we would love someone with a natural entrepreneurial spirit & love for building brands for the now.  This role will be responsible for managing a team, clients, & overall business health for VaynerMedia in Thailand, reporting to the Head of VMAPAC.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • You have at least 10+ years of relevant work experience in the digital media and/or advertising field.
  • Previous account management experience in the APAC media anad advertising landscape, especially in Thailand
  • You have a strong experience & knowledge in the following competencies: business strategy, digital asset management, digital media planning & buying, proficiency in written, verbal & presentation skills, strategic sales planning, pipeline management, relationship building, digital market knowledge, negotiation skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, people management
  • Youre a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your ability to get things done without direct supervision & understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients.
  • You have experience in working with teams in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environments.
  • You are a master presenter with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • You are our brain & we trust you to provide us with sound knowledge in the digital landscape.
  • You understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients.
  • You have a natural ability to develop & maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • You're well-organized with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. You think logically even under pressure & come up with innovative solutions to problems.
  • You are business-fluent in English & Thai
  • You are able to recruit, develop, & retain world class talent 
  • You have a proven track record of bringing on new business, nurturing existing client relationships, & managing a world-class team
  • You enjoy collaborating with creative, media, strategy, & production teams, in Thailand & around the world
