About the role:
The Training Coordinator will provide support for the coordination, creation, implementation, & monitoring of training programs for the field at Dig Inn. Working closely with the Head of Restaurant Training, this role will assist in training content organization, leadership training coordination & scheduling, facilitation, & basic content creation. The Training Coordinator is a key asset in making sure training & learning programs are delivered on time in a well-organized & accessible way.

You will:

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Create schedules & organize high potential talent for new leadership hires
  • Map out training plans for individual employees
  • Coordinate support team members with new leadership hires for follow-up learnings
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues & equipment

Content Creation & Organization

  • Obtain or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
  • Adhere to Dig standards & procedures for content creation & organization
  • Format & organize content so that its easy to understand for users
  • Design & apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
  • Responsible for maintaining internal online sites, databases & course materials


  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training & on-the-job coaching
  • Gather feedback from trainers & trainees after each training session through surveys or appropriate means of feedback

You have:


  • Strong written communication skills; must be an excellent writer
  • High proficiency in verbal communication
  • High degree of proficiency in Google Suite: Email, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms
  • Expert level in data organization & presentation
  • Proficiency in Articulate
  • Experience with Wisetail or Learning Management Systems
  • Fast learner of new technologies
