Why Box needs you:

The Partner Integrations Team co-develops product experiences with Box's most strategic partners like Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, & Slack. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to unlock growth of our integration apps ecosystem, & streamline its value delivery to Box customers. By guiding the design, development, & delivery of appropriate solutions, you will influence both admins & end-users to adopt more partner apps that boost their productivity. Best-of-breed integrations is one of Box's core company pillars, & this is a unique opportunity to set the vision for how Box helps its customers leverage their value to the fullest.

What you'll do:

• Own the product vision for how Box should deliver value of our partner integrations ecosystem to customers, leading end-to-end product development & roadmap

• Drive execution in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Business Development, & Product Marketing, translating customer pain points into elegant cross-platform solutions

• Be the face of Box, building & managing relationships with partner Product & Engineering teams, & representing the needs of our largest customers

• Continually find ways to iterate & make our product experiences better to drive greater product adoption & user engagement, analyzing metrics & gathering feedback from customers, Sales, & Customer Success

• Partner closely with Box's Business Development/Partnerships team, assessing Box's partnership strategy & contributing meaningfully to the evaluation & negotiation of new & existing product partnerships & investments

Who you are:

• 2+ years Product Management experience (bonus if you have experience with APIs, developer platforms and/or partners)

• You have a passion for building great user experiences that deliver real value without complexity

• You are intensely collaborative & have a proven track record building & launching products with highly cross-functional teams (bonus if with partners or developers)

• You have experience leading product initiatives, influencing & aligning stakeholders to a strategic vision & execution plan

• You excel at communicating internally & with external teams & can juggle multiple projects at once

• You have experience working with enterprise customers to understand their challenges & build solutions to meet their needs
