As a Director of Performance Marketing Science your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to demonstrate the value of analytics to internal & external stakeholders. You bring 10+ years of experience, setting the vision & being accountable for the design & implementation of data-driven marketing strategies & insights for clients, with a demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: tracking & measurement, reporting, data visualization, testing & evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling. You have experience identifying opportunities to expand client engagements & grow revenue, influencing client behavior & decisions through coherent & consistently delivered advice. You excel at managing team deliverables across multiple workstreams, setting the frameworks & processes used for task management & prioritization. You also thrive in a global operations context, working on multi-disciplinary projects to drive data-driven best practices & thought leadership.

Leveraging your leadership skills to supervise & develop a passionate team (including their work priorities, timelines, deliverables, & training) is something youre looking for. And youll expose your team members to all Marketing Science sub-disciplines to help develop their expertise.


You will:

  • Understand data, data management, data infrastructure, & marketing applications.
  • Effectively communicate & present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven team & project management skills including training & staff development.
  • Use empirical practice in digital experience design & optimization.
  • Deliver complex projects involving multiple stages, components, & contributors in a timely manner.
  • Creatively solve problems, improve processes, & design methodically.

You have:

  • 10+ years in the marketing industry.
  • 5+ years in the online measurement industry managing teams.
  • An insatiable curiosity & sense of humor.
  • Strong collaboration, project management, & team building skills. 
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills to a variety of audiences, including creative, tech, media, project management, account, & client teams.
  • Mentorship & management skills for team members.
  • Ability to distill large quantities of information into clear & concise insights to formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to articulate ideas & concepts in visually interesting & compelling formats.
  • An understanding that each project & problem requires a fresh approach.
  • Proficiency in current issues & trends within the online marketing industry with an emphasis on emerging media & mobile platforms.
  • Understanding of various analytics key performance metrics & tag/taxonomy management systems, including Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Technical knowledge of enterprise & marketing technology ecosystems, including: database systems, marketing & customer cloud & the ad-tech supply-chain.
  • Experience in leading an organizations testing program, & expert knowledge of the market-leading platforms & their strengths & weaknesses.
  • Expert understanding of the media landscape, & extensive experience using data to assist in the creation & validation of media strategies & tactical plans.
  • Knowledge of traditional, digital, & search advertizing & how it is planned & executed.
  • Experience with identifying opportunities to integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data to support digital marketing initiatives
