Our B2B Team

The B2B team is essential to Nooms mission of creating accessible, science-backed health solutions for everyone. We work closely with employers, health plans, & partners to bring Noom's behavior change platform to organizations looking to improve employee health outcomes & reduce costs. Through strategic partnerships & enterprise sales, we help expand Nooms reach & impact across diverse populations.

About the Role

As we continue to grow, were seeking a Senior Manager, ASO Sales to accelerate adoption of Nooms digital behavioral health & chronic condition solutions through health plan partnerships. This role will focus on generating new employer sales by nurturing warm opportunities, managing a disciplined sales pipeline, & partnering with health plan teams to unlock demand & drive pull-through.

You Will

  • Leverage Nooms contracted health plan channels to identify & pursue employer sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with health plan counterparts to drive visibility, enablement, & group-level decisions
  • Execute territory plans & structured sales processes focused on employer group penetration
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings, aligning Nooms offerings with employer goals around cost, outcomes, & engagement
  • Deliver compelling presentations & ROI-driven financial narratives
  • Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, & meet activity benchmarks using Salesforce
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Product, & Customer Success teams
  • Build referral networks with brokers, consultants, & distribution teams
  • Represent Noom at industry events & use market insights to refine sales strategy
  • Maintain high ethical standards & contribute to a collaborative team culture


About You

You Have

  • 7+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or benefits
  • Proven success selling through or in partnership with health plans, brokers, or employer groups
  • Ability to manage warm channels & execute a farmer-focused sales strategy
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, & negotiation skills
  • Experience building ROI cases using employer data & financial metrics
  • Proficiency in Salesforce & digital collaboration tools
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota with strong forecasting & planning
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience

Compensation Package

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $230,000/year, inclusive of base salary & variable compensation.
  • Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
    • Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. This generally includes stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays & paid leave, & various wellness programs, etc.

Location

This position is a remote role within the United States. East Coast strongly preferred.
