The B2B Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of driving business growth & brand visibility across multiple markets. This role involves crafting & executing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our B2B audience, including restaurants & partners. He/she will collaborate closely with country marketing counterparts & develop deep insights into the market needs & trends in order to elevate TheForks presence in the restaurant community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing & executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses website optimization, customer loyalty programs, & robust social media marketing to enhance our brand presence & drive business growth..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement a strategic B2B marketing plan that aligns with TheFork's business objectives & targets the restaurant sector, including relevant industry partners.
  • Oversee the management & enhancement of TheFork's B2B website, ensuring it serves as an effective B2B portal for engaging restaurant partners, including but not limited to:
    • UX + mobile & customer journey optimization
    • Messaging - product positioning & overview
    • Tracking
    • Website redesign & relaunch
  • Lead the creation & management of a customer loyalty program tailored for restaurant partners, with a focus on retention & long-term partnership development.
    • Gather insights on customer satisfaction & identify areas for improvement
    • Support creating targeted communication campaigns with CRM team, in order to keep in touch with customers through newsletters, updates, & informative content that adds value beyond the sales pitch.
    • Support strategies for cross-selling & up-selling to existing customers with CRM team.
    • Collaborate with the sales/AMs & customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience that reinforces trust & loyalty.
  • Define social media strategy to increase brand visibility & engagement within the restaurant community, & evaluate appropriate scope for the following:
    • Content creation - develop a content calendar that outlines what type of content
    • Community management - monitor social media channel, respond promptly to customer inquiries & foster positive interactions by engaging with followers
    • Performance analysis - Track key performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns, & identify trends, opportunities, & areas for improvement
  • Work closely with country teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives & to provide support for sales initiatives.
  • Utilizing Net Promoter Score (NPS) data to gauge customer satisfaction & coordinate actions with countries on improvements
  • Support creating compelling sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of our services to potential partners.
