About the Role: 

The Senior Operations Associate will work with the Operations team to manage the Member experience in one of Chief's key services Core. Core is a group-based journey focused on executive development & self-improvement for Members, led by a top-tier executive coach. The mission of the role is to help deliver Core to members & ensure a best-in-class experience. This role will report to the Senior Core Operations Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Project manage the Core Group curation process across 5 markets - ensuring all Core Groups are crafted to give members a powerful group of peers
• Leverage data to ensure members are gaining value via participation in Coreown reporting & service-level KPIs
• Collaborate with Membership Experience team to ensure all Core participants are getting the most out of their experience, & intervene where necessary to ensure Member & Core group success 

What Were Looking For:

• 1-3 years of relevant customer-centric experience
• Excitement to deliver a critical service to our members
• Passion for the Companys mission, positioning & brand to empower women in business & spark change from the top
• BA/BS required
