Job Description

As the People Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, consistent employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Based in our Youfoodz Head Office in Karawatha, Brisbane & reporting to the People Operations Lead, you'll support the ANZ People team with core HR processes, systems & initiatives that help enable business & people success.

You will

• Provide guidance & advice to employees & managers on People topics, including policies, leave, remuneration, benefits, L&D, & employee relations
• Act as a local systems expert for Workday, Betterworks & 360 Learning, ensuring data accuracy & supporting reporting
• Coordinate & manage onboarding, offboarding, & other key employee lifecycle activities
• Review & maintain People policies to ensure compliance with local legislation & alignment with global standards
• Support the delivery of learning & development programs & engagement initiatives
• Manage visa & sponsorship processes, ensuring compliance & consistency
• Maintain relationships with external providers such as benefit vendors
• Contribute to People projects through reporting, insights & project ownership
• Identify & implement opportunities to improve People processes

You have

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
• Experience in a HR/People role supporting operational activities & projects
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment law & HR practice
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
