About the job

This position is needed to support recruiting & hiring for all Twilio jobs based in the EMEA region. This Sr. TA Manager will lead talent acquisition in EMEA, managing a team of full lifecycle recruiters (remote in Europe) & serving as the the focal point for EMEA stakeholders & partners. 

Responsibilities

In this role, youll:

  • Lead & manage a team of full lifecycle (FLC) recruiters in EMEA who own & deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for all Twilio business units (Comms, Segment, Marketing, & G&A)
  • Partner with senior level business leaders & HRBPs in EMEA to understand their organization's talent needs & workforce planning strategy; Work with recruiters and/or TA Managers to develop recruiting strategies & manage implementation & delivery of hiring plans
  • Set expectations about recruiter job responsibilities & measure individual & team performance against goals & deliverables; Actively performance manage direct reports; Be a coach & mentor for career development opportunities
  • Build & maintain strong relationships within the TA org & across our stakeholders & partners, including TA Ops, Workforce Planning, Twilio businesses, FP&A, HR, Legal, DEI, & Total Rewards
  • Partner with the Recruiting Engine teams on talent intelligence & hiring strategies, especially when it comes to understanding talent markets, building diverse candidate pipelines, & optimizing talent channels
  • Use data to identify & implement opportunities to improve candidate experience, increase efficiency, & reduce cost per hire; Create & send monthly reports to VP & SVP business leaders on progress towards hiring goals & related recruiting metrics
  • Enforce & uphold operational excellence standards & compliant hiring practices throughout the recruitment process
  • Live the Twilio Magic values & serve as a Twilio brand ambassador; Act in accordance with TAs mission & vision
  • Be a Positron to keep your team motivated, engaged, & curious; Lead through change management & take accountability for TA OKRs & projects
  • Attend & participate in training & enablement sessions; Consult on decisions about new or changing tools/systems/processes & make recommendations on best practices

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years experience in a recruiting role with 2+ years as a talent acquisition people manager in Europe
  • Experience directly supporting & advising senior level leaders (VP+), hiring managers, & stakeholders (including HR, Finance, Comp) in EMEA region
  • Experience independently building reports & analyzing recruiting data using various reporting tools & systems (Tableau, Greenhouse, Gem, etc)
  • Experience partnering with peers & leaders globally to own delivery of the global recruiting plan
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, & team building skills
  • Knowledge of & adherence to European employment laws & compliance regulations
  • This role is required to be based in Ireland or England

Desired:

  • Experience directly supporting & advising senior level leaders & stakeholders for GTM, R&D, & G&A teams
  • GTM & Sales recruiting experience is preferred

Location

This role will be remote, & based in either Ireland or the United Kingdom.

Travel
