Were looking for a Senior [Technical] Digital Business Analyst with outstanding analytical capabilities, to support & drive Agency activity, creative & technology output, & commerciality in line with business objectives & operational excellence.  

Youll be adept at quickly understanding & translating business needs into requirements. Articulating those needs clearly, across cross-functional stakeholder groups, at all levels of seniority

Operating as a key member of a project team, youll be enthusiastic & creative with a tenacity to take a project brief & run with it.

Youll thrive in a busy environment, have a practical hands on approach & enjoy running workshops, writing requirements, & working with your talented colleagues to define the perfect solution.

Location: Hybrid [Paddington, London / Remote]


You Will:

  • Lead client workshops to identify, log & categorise requirements & maintain a backlog of project requirements to clearly articulate project scope.
  • Produce business & technical requirement documentation, appropriate to the project phase including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, user journeys, etc.
  • Work with experience design & technical teams to produce wireframe annotations & review API integration flows.
  • Support tech team & QA discussions in scoping, defining solutions & acceptance criteria.
  • Support team during project delivery including leading sprint planning sessions.
  • Work with delivery & client service teams to manage stakeholder relationships & outline activities in response to briefs.

You Have:

  • Youll have demonstrable experience in Business Analysis & interfacing with business & technical teams.
  • Youll be comfortable working on both new & existing systems. Defining the needs for amends with as much enthusiasm as with brand-new builds & solutions.
  • Digital experience, preferably across a variety of different clients/industries/systems.
  • Youll have excellent attention to detail & the ability to take accountability for your work & pride in your high-quality deliverables.
  • We want someone who has proven ability to untangle complex problems in imaginative & creative ways. Articulating complex ideas & to transforming complexity into simplicity for different audiences.
  • Cross-functional experience working with other disciplines [i.e., UX, Tech/Architecture, QA & Design].
  • Youll be curious & creative & an intuitive problem solver.
  • Practical knowledge of process modelling/mapping.
  • Experience with relevant tools would be beneficial [e.g., JIRA, Figma, Lucidcharts, GitHub & Confluence or similar tools].
  • Formal certification in Business Analysis [BCS/IIBA] would be beneficial.
  • Previous exposure to the automotive industry would also be a bonus
