As our Accessibility Program Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across the company, both technical & non-technical, to ensure accessibility awareness & compliance. You will train product experience teams on accessibility practices, partner with sales & customer success to inform them on how accessibility factors in to customer experience & you will partner with external vendors to provide documentation of our accessibility compliance.

What you'll own:
Managing accessibility needs for the business, including identifying, scoping & driving cross-functional site wide improvements
Auditing the experience both on regular cadence & ad hoc as needs arise
Managing third party accessibility vendors
Managing VPATs & versioning
Managing customer relations & calls with top enterprise accounts
Experience you'll need:
Experience managing full life-cycle technical projects or programs of an increasingly large & complex scale in a related industry.
Experience with WCAG 2.0, 508 Compliance & ARIA implementation
Experience with distributed systems and/or developing large scale web applications
Experience with continuous delivery environments
Strong communication skills
Working across business lines to accomplish collaborative outcomes
