THE INTERNSHIP - Sales Operations  (Bangalore, India)

The internship will require a high level of both quantitative & qualitative analysis & activities. Each intern will be responsible for leading an individual project which will be presented to the Executive team at the end of the summer & will receive mentorship from a business unit leader.

We are looking for interns who can think creatively & analytically, embrace ambiguity, & thrive in an entrepreneurial environment & have a solution-focused mindset driven by making an impact.

For interns who successfully complete our internship program there will be strong consideration for a full-time offer to join our team.

 THE ROLE

• Creating a scalable performance management process to measure commercial success with data
• Establishing reporting & analytics for key commercial performance indicators
• Conducting exploratory data analysis
• Working with unstructured data to derive the business insights & presenting them to the team.
• Building dashboards in Tableau

 THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a Masters or Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent 
• Strong analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable deliverables
• Skilled at using BI tools like Tableau & Power BI
• Knowledge of Programming languages like R, Python, VBA
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, & ability to work well both independently & in a team environment.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking & details.

A passion for financial inclusion & access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones & sites!

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles & responsibilities, variable workload & tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, & 80-20 everything.
