The Demand Generation Manager, EMEA will be responsible for managing & executing demand generation & marketing programs that contribute to Conductors quarterly demand & revenue goals across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will manage a diverse array of outbound & inbound programs that effectively reach Conductors different buyer personas & drive those individuals through the marketing funnel, with particular attention to our Account-Based Programs & digital campaigns.
This role will be focusing on building a robust pipeline in the EMEA region to enable our team to hit ambitious growth goals. You will be digitally & analytically minded & able to report program success based on funnel metrics, including opportunities & wins.
The role will work closely with marketing stakeholders, sales, & customer success to ensure programs are timely, creative, measurable, flawlessly executed, & drive revenue.
End-to-end coordination & management of demand generation campaigns including planning, promotion, execution, vendor management, account selection & segmentation, follow-up, & reporting for programs including account-based programs
Lead demand gen programs for the EMEA region, working closely with the Director of Marketing in London & the US marketing team to establish localized processes & frameworks for success
Build revenue-producing digital campaigns in multiple channels, including SEM, email marketing, video, display & social media advertising, & affiliate marketing.
Test, measure & optimize programs & tactics on an ongoing basis to meet & exceed goals.
Draft, write, edit, proofread, & send targeted emails for promotion & follow-up to all marketing programs
Partner with product marketing & content marketing to define & refine messaging & content for demand campaigns
Work closely with brand marketing to ensure program execution is on-brand for Conductor
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to deliver, report on, & optimize success of campaigns
Serve as the point person for the Sales team to educate & inform them of all programs, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution, & follow-up
Create custom Salesforce reports for each campaign to track registration, opportunity creation, & influence
Required Skills & Experience:
College graduate with B.A./B.S. degree, Marketing preferred
Self-starter who can work independently & proactively
4+ years of experience running digital campaigns for a B2B company
Extreme attention to detail, time management, organization skills
Excellent planning, project management, prioritization, & presentation skills
Strong analytical skills & ability to strategize & analyze program effectiveness & ROI
Experience with Salesforce & Marketo a plus
Must have a positive & flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment & across various departments & functions
