What you will do
DV is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to join the growing DV team. The Director, Revenue Operations will report to the Senior Vice President, Finance. The Revenue Operations team is responsible for generating the client invoices & related billing reporting for DVs global
clients, addressing/resolving any billing related questions from clients & internal DoubleVerify constituents, as well as driving tech & system improvements/enhancements that improve the efficiencies & effectiveness of all billing functions.
The core responsibilities for this position are:
Managing & developing a team of ~20 Revenue Operations Associates & contractors, including members across different regions & time zones in all facets of DV billing. (New York/London/Singapore/Mexico City),
Collaborate with the Account Management, Finance, Revenue Analytics, Technical Support, Sales Operations & Business Intelligence teams to resolve billing issues & to implement automation & new processes to meet client needs.
Provide world-class customer service to internal & external customers.
Be a strategic partner to the Commercial team to plan for continued DV growth & get ahead of potential billing matters to alleviate / lessen future challenges.
Ensure that monthly billing & related reporting is processed in a timely & accurate manner in a high volume environment.
Reconcile billing activity from NetSuite & Salesforce on a daily basis.
Provide strong leadership with the demonstrated ability to balance & efficiently resolve competing priorities/demands & timelines.
Create standard practices, SOPs, & processes for the Billing organization.
Ensure system integrations are aligned with business logic & expected behavior.
Deliver against the company strategy & goals & meet client billing matter expectations.
Who you are
NetSuite & Salesforce experience
Several years experience in a B2B billing management role; including high volume of monthly invoices & complex billings
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills especially focused within large data sets
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with all levels of internal & external customers Self-motivated, independent thinker & team player who will hit the ground running
Strong mentoring & management skills; ability to influence & engage direct & indirect reports & peers
Excellent judgment & creative problem-solving skills including negotiation & conflict resolution skills
Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, & proactive; a team leader who can positively & productively impact finance & corporate initiatives.
Advertising technology experience a plus
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution preferred
