About the job

Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented Analyst for the Commercial Solutions Team who lives the Twilio Magic to support our North American Go-to-Market motion. This is an exciting role for the individual to gain & expand their broad spectrum of cross functional interactions & contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). This role will work to appropriately structure the deal to be a Win-Win for both the customers & Twilio!  You will be passionate, dedicated & have the ability to understand complex problems while providing explanations & solutions which are sound & clearly communicated.  

Responsibilities

In this role, youll:

  • Establish trusted working relationships with Commercial Solutions team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Commercial Finance, & Sales.
  • Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to our Sales partners, as well as troubleshoot, escalate, & resolve issues with deal velocity especially during month & quarter end.
  • Help educate, guide, & ensure that the Sales & GTM Operations Team follows the proper internal contracting policies & processes.
  • Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including: CPQ quote building, pricing & order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution & opportunity closure.  
  • Under supervision of manager or senior team member, collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting (order form)  in compliance with corporate policies.

Required:

  • A Bachelors or Associates Degree plus minimum 2 years experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations. If no degree, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is required.
  • A diligent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment & juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized.
  • Self-starter with a can do attitude who is comfortable asking questions
  • Advanced Excel skills

Desired:

  • Knowledge and/or experience using online sales and/or document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, & JIRA.

Location

This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $69,000 - $87,000
  • Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $82,000 - $92,000
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilios equity plan & corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, & geographic location within the state.
