Overview
Rithum is looking for a detail-oriented team player to join the Finance Team as a Senior Treasury Analyst
Were looking for someone who is eager to join a fast-growing company & contribute to the continued success of the accounting & treasury team. The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of our daily treasury operations, including but not limited to daily cash positioning & forecasting, funds transfers, & bank account management. In addition, the senior analyst will be included in ad-hoc analyses & projects as necessary. The Senior Treasury Analyst reports directly to the VP, Corporate Controller. This position requires someone to work standard business hours (8am - 5pm) in either East Coast Time or Central Time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash activities for 30+ accounts & determine daily cash positions; assist with cash forecasting & predicted cash needs
- Compile & analyze financial information to meet monthly, quarterly, & fiscal year end management reporting requirements, including support for audit processes.
- Process external & inter-company FED wire & ACH cash transfers.
- Assist in managing banking relationships & bank accounts including but not limited to KYC requests, account openings, account closings, change in services, updating signers.
- Maintain online banking portal access & set ups
- Act as company administrator for JPM corporate card relationship
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize internal processes involving bank services
- Assist general ledger team in researching variances & reconciling items on bank reconciliations.
- Monitor bank accounts for Positive Pay exception items. Research & make decisions as needed.
- Record journal entries & assist with cash reconciliations
- Other ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in treasury and/or accounting
- Ability to create & provide financial reports
- In-depth knowledge of accounting & journal entries
- Highly detail-oriented & organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency with NetSuite
- Flexibility to assist in all areas of Finance Team
